Will all patient files go into a common government data base to be used to dictate how poor and elderly are put on the back burner for lifesaving treatment, and that the elderly will be encouraged to sign end of life documents? I made the blog... but truly, it is awesome to work with the people that we do. It isn't just the on air talent, but everyone at the station. I feel blessed with the on air talent that we do have though, because when I got into television, I never imagined so many people would ask about them. It is so easy to say, "Pete is great! He is comfortable and down to earth" or "Kimberly is a genuinely nice person." or "Patty is so fun and funny." because those things are true. I never have to "stretch the truth. As for behind the scenes, we really do care about the on air "stuff" and continually try to make things work better. It helps that we all have such a good relationship. Kimberly remarked how expensive popcorn is at the theatre. It was also mentioned that you could not get alcohol at a theatre. Well I live in the Akron area and we have a theatre that you can get popcorn cheap and have an alcoholic beverage to go along with it. It's called the Highland Theatre. Most of our movies are "kid flicks"! However, it's a great theatre. One of the oldest in the Akron area and you should pay us a visit sometime. Just an FYI - love your morning program.
